Evangelos Karakassis was educated at the Democritus University of Thrace Faculty of Law (LL.B. & LL.M. in South-Eastern European Studies), Panteion University of Athens (LL.M. International / European Law & Diplomatic Studies) and the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens Faculty of Law (PhD in International Law). He is a member of the Athens Bar Association.

Evangelos has a profound professional experience in all fields of the Greek Law and is specialized in Commercial – Corporate Law (i.e. European and International Commercial Law, Acquisitions, Mergers, Patents, Intellectual & Industrial Property, Competition) in Administrative Law (i.e. Tax Law, Environmental & Energy Law, Social Security Law, Public Procurement Law and Urban Planning Law), in Civil Law (i.e. Heritage, Family Law) and Labour Law.

Evangelos has served as Senior Associate for several respective law firms and as legal advisor for several commercial corporations and associations in Greece and abroad, engaging in numerous litigation cases and the provision of legal advisory services, throughout his professional career.
