Evangelia Ar. Papantonopoulou graduated from the Law School of the Democritus University of Thrace (LL.B.).

Throughout her professional career, including her tenure as Founder of PL-Lex Offices from 2003 to 2025, she has handled complex civil and commercial law cases, providing legal support and strategic guidance to businesses and individuals. Her practice encompasses, among other areas, commercial transactions, contractual relationships, corporate operations and governance matters, as well as the management and resolution of disputes through both litigation and out-of-court proceedings.

Alongside her litigation practice, she has served as legal counsel to one of the largest listed companies in Greece, gaining substantial experience in supporting large-scale business activities. Her collaboration with a leading group in the Greek coastal shipping sector enabled her to develop an in-depth understanding of day-to-day corporate needs, commercial contracts and the effective management of disputes through a practical and business-oriented approach.

Her approach combines legal precision, experience in handling demanding matters and a strong focus on identifying meaningful solutions, with the aim of effectively protecting her clients’ interests.
